We have run these Winter Discussion meetings for several years, considering topical problems and new developments in animal health.
They take place at the Pilton Working Men’s Club on the second Tuesday of each month.Meetings start at 7-30pm with sandwiches provided.

10th April Health Livestock Initiative
The discussion will look at the Healthy Livestock Initiative. Many of our farmers have taken up the 70% funding available to improve health through controlling lameness, Johnes disease, mastitis and BVD.
We will look at what improvements have been achieved and what further opportunities exist for controlling these diseases.
