Out Of Hours Service

We provide an Out Of Hours service to all of our clients. A professional telephonist handles these calls.

Should you need to use the Out Of Hours service, please be aware of the following:

  • There will be an additional charge for using the Out Of Hours service.
  • We share our On Call duties with North Road Veterinary Centre in Midsomer Norton and you may be expected to travel to that practice.

Out Of Hours Service

We provide an Out Of Hours service to all of our clients.

Should you need to use the Out Of Hours service, please be aware of the following:

All of our Out Of Hours calls are diverted to a specialist call handling company in Norwich.
When connected, the call will be handled by a professional telephonist, not a vet.
You shall be asked for your address and post code details, telephone number, as well as details of the emergency.
